Should be printed on company letterhead.

Should contain:

Job title and short description of duties
Start date
Description of hiring company
Information supporting hiring company's ability to pay employee
Normal place of employment (address)
Remuneration (pay)
Statement acknowledging that the position is temporary
Statement that the position is conditional upon granting of TN-1 status
State Normal requirements for the position
